Ninth & Rye Bakehouse.

A production sheet that empties as the day goes on.

Live preview, rendered at desktop width. The counts change with the time of day — open it in the morning and again after lunch.

Problem: A bakery menu online is fixed, so you cannot tell what is still there.
Decision: The menu reads the clock. Each item counts down to the hour it sells out.
Result: By mid-afternoon the sheet is half struck through. On Mondays it reads closed.
